Like any type of wood, wicker is designed in several styles to match many types of d cor, indoors or outdoors. Several finishes or stains are used for the wood, and out of these, white wicker is highly sought after. The white color gives the wood less of a traditional appearance, but rather than the cheapness associated with white plastic or metal patio furniture, white wicker has a higher quality design for use inside or outdoors.

While wicker comes in several wood finishes, white wicker is created from painted wood that's given. Wicker, in any color, is made from natural or synthetic material.
