I was initially afraid our kitchen would be out of place, but it's not. Rustic furniture made by the Amish is really unique and well designed.. I want to create a space using the rustic look of that meets and joins the basic contemporary world we live in. The idea that I can create this style throughout the home while not having to turn my home into a place that today's advancements aren't welcome is rather exciting.

The log bedroom furniture and the additional furniture sets blends very well. This means marrying the furniture with the electronics without making them seem like they are sticking out or out of place.

Finding a style that allows me to do that was initially challenging because I was looking in all the wrong places.

It all can easily mesh and blend and I don't have to hide the fact that I have a microwave or a computer. Log living room furniture is certainly the next logical step after the log bedroom furniture. Once I found the log furniture that I have I can see exactly how the marriage of and today is supposed to happen.
